Day 10: One Small Step For Jazkind

Today I have been taken of CPAP twice! Once this morning for 1 hour and once this evening for 2 hours. I can breath all on my own!

Mum and Dad were really happy when they heard this morning, and they were told I might come off CPAP for good within the next few days.

Mum had a go at changing my nappy, and I didn't make her do it twice like I did Dad.  Dad had a proper cuddle with me today outside my incubator. It was really nice but I kept him awake by knocking my CPAP off my nose from time to time.

Im also digesting my milk better now and I have stepped up to having 1ml every hour and they are going to increase that by 0.5ml every 8 hours so within days Ill be drinking loads and hopefully growing loads as well.

Before Mum and Dad left I had my second go off CPAP so they got to see my head from underneath my bonnets.

Anyway I still off the CPAP and getting tired so goodnight.
