I was born today at 11:08 am, I am 11 weeks early. I weighed 2lb 3.5oz (1.05 kg) and was born by Cesarean section.
I was taken immediately into the special care baby unit (scbu) at Lister Hospital Stevenage. They put me an a machine to help my lungs, but I can breath for myself. I don't like the machine and as it makes me uncomfortable. I am also in an incubator to keep me warm.
There are a few wires connected to me so that the nurses do not have to disturb me so much. My Dad has come to see me a few tines , but my Mum is still is recovering.

Welcome baby Jasmin. Congratulations Becca & Brian. We have enjoyed reading the diary of your progress and looking at your photos.
It will probably be a very long time before we get to meet you but we will look after your cousin Isabella so that Uncle Alec and Auntie Claire can come to visit you. They are sure to bring back lots of photos for us to see.
Keep drinking the milk Mummy brings you so that you continue to grow stronger each day and then Mummy and Daddy will be able to take you home with them very soon.
