Today Mum came to visit me this morning. While she was here one of my Doctors, Marcus, told Mummy I was doing AMAZINGLY well and that if I carry on putting on weight I might be able to go home with Mum and Dad in 4-5 weeks!
Mum changed my nappy and fed me and we had a cuddle while she stayed with me for most of the morning. She left me in the care of my favourite nurse Pat and left me to rest for the afternoon.
Then this evening Mum and Dad came to see me and Dad held me in his arms for a while. I was a bit uncomfortable and wanted to be left alone so after a bit Mum put me back in my bed so I could settle down for the evening.
Yawn! Good night.
My baby boy, Andrew was born at 0322 at Watford General Hospital on Saturday 21st May 2005, weighing just over 6 lbs.
I was born in 1974 in North West London. I was due to be born on March 25th and was born January 17th. I was just over 3 lbs in weight which made me a premature baby.
I find your "Blog" extremely touching and the photos are beautiful. Happy and Healthy New Year. I am a member of Watford NCT and read the "Blog" in Winter 2005 edition.
